How To Guides PCI Computer Services has created custom "How To" guides accessible via links to help in supporting our customers with a variety of software tools, applications and utilities.
Remote Technical Support As an alternative to either phone or in-person support, we can now also provide technical support remotely to you right on your computer's desktop provided you have the Windows operating system running on your computer and a high-speed (i.e. cable or DSL) internet connection. There are several key advantages of this remote support capability. We are able to see and experience exactly what you see and experience on your computer. This provides for more direct and effective troubleshooting and when possible results in a resolution of the problem right on your computer in a more timely and efficient manner than other support alternatives. Following an initial call from a customer, PCI Technical Support staff will determine if remote technical support may be appropriate for your particular situation. If it is determined to be appropriate you will be given specific instructions to initiate this process utilizing easy to use built-in features found on this page.
